Other Saddle Stitching
Saddle stitching is perhaps the most economical finishing service offered. Sheets are collated and stapled in the center, folded, and face trimmed in-line to create a finished booklet. Some advantages to saddle stitch binding are as follows:
- Inexpensive
- Great for crossover images
- Fast setup and turnaround
- Looks professional
Specifications:
- Up to 24 sheets of 20# text stock (call for more options if larger)
- Maximum flat sheet size of 19.5” x 13.5”
- Minimum flat sheet size of 8” x 4.75”
- Maximum finish size of 9.75”(face) x 13.5”(spine)
- Minimum finish size of 3.5”(face) x 4.75”(spine)

We have 3 machines for saddle stitching that can perform a variety of functions. Our machines can perform the following on your printed work:
- Side stitching
- Staple upper left
- Collate and fold with no staple
- Collate, fold, and insert sheet in center spread
We can also hard fold your work from 8.5” x 11” to 5.5” x 8.5” inline, with optional wafer sealing.
