General Folding

In addition to perfing, scoring and folding, we also offer general folding. We can do normal types of folding like accordion, z-fold, barrel folds and more. We can also fill a variety of needs with more exotic types of folding. Here are some examples of the services we can perform:

• Hard Fold (saddle books – up to 16pg 8.5” x 11” folded to 5.5” x 8.5”)
• Soft Fold – up to 16pg 8.5” x 11” to 4.25” x 11”
• Business Cards – 3.5” x 4” to 3.5” x 2”
• 8.5” x 11” to #10 finish size
• 11” x 17” to #10 (available with optional nesting)
• Nesting

We have various machines for folding which feature continuous feeds, knife fold units, friction feeds and scoring, perfing, and slitting attachments.

• Supply sheets uncut
• For variable data, mark all cartons with quantity and start/finish number and provide mail trays when possible
