We have 3 machines capable of collating up to 40 sheets in one pass. There are many uses and advantages for this service. Here are some of the possibilities:

• Can run text weight or cover stock
• Can mix stocks
• Collates books with tabs and covers
• Collate, count and slip sheet inline
• Collate and shrink wrap in sets
• Collate, saddle bind, side stitch or staple upper left inline (with optional/additional folding)
• Collating and drilling

Specifications:

• Maximum sheet size of 13.75” x 19.5”
• Minimum sheet size of 4.75” x 5.75”
• Minimum paper weight of 16# text to a maximum paper weight of 130# cover
